By accessing and using Lovera Flower Shop services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.
2. Ordering and Payment
- Product prices displayed on the website include VAT
- Payment available via Cash on Delivery (COD) or bank transfer
- Orders are confirmed upon completion of the order process
3. Delivery
- Free delivery within 4km radius
- Delivery time: 2 hours for inner-city orders
- Delivery from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, every day of the week
4. Return Policy
- Customers may inspect products before accepting delivery
- Free returns if the product does not match the description or is damaged
- Return period: within 24 hours of receiving the product
